How does the Protexx stain service work?
When purchasing your sofa, you can order the Protexx stain service for 3 years. During this period, you will receive maintenance products and professional support from Protexx for stubborn stains. This is how it works:
1. Order the Protexx stain service with your new sofa.
2. Upon receipt of the sofa, spray the fabric yourself with the supplied Protexx spray. Follow the supplied instructions carefully.
3. Got a stain? Use the included multi-cleaner to remove the stain yourself.
4. If the stain remains, please contact Protexx within 3 working days. They will provide professional assistance.
5. Tip: take advantage of a 50% discount on professional cleaning of your entire sofa before the end of your warranty period (€120 instead of €240).
6. Keep your invoice and service certificate safe . You will need these documents when you contact Protexx for service or support.

There are three types of Protexx packages:
