4x6 sofa is a CBW recognized home furnishing store

CBW-certified stores offer general terms and conditions that provide you with extra protection as a consumer. This means you receive extra protection for your down payment, warranty, and complaints. Want to know more? Read about CBW certification here .

warranty

4x6 sofa offers a standard 30-month warranty.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, situations resulting from improper or no maintenance, assembly or installation that does not comply with the instructions, the transfer of other objects and substances, or stains from food, liquids, etc.

All benches are handmade, which allows for a maximum height and depth difference of 2 cm per element.

The 4x6 sofa products are not suitable for use with pets. Using the 4x6 sofa product with pets will void the warranty.

The warranty on SALE sofas or showroom models is 12 months.

prices

All prices listed include VAT and are in euros. All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing or typographical errors. In the event of printing or typographical errors, 4x6 sofa is not obligated to supply the product at the incorrect price.

pay

You can pay at 4x6 sofa in two ways:

1) By bank transferring a €300 deposit. The remaining amount plus shipping costs must be paid by bank transfer no later than two days before delivery.

2) via Ideal: the entire amount + delivery costs at once, immediately upon purchase.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and payment instructions from 4x6 sofa within 24 hours.

Order cancellation: You can cancel your order within 14 days. To do so, please contact 4x6 sofa by email or WhatsApp: hello@4x6 sofa.com or WhatsApp: 06 - 20 53 47 81, stating your order number and the name you placed the order with. Please also include the reason for the cancellation.

deliver

Each sofa is custom-made just for you. After you place your order and receive the €300 deposit via bank transfer or iDEAL, we'll submit the order to the factory. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery. As soon as we know when your order will arrive at our warehouse, we'll contact you to schedule a delivery date. Because the sofas are individually handcrafted (not mass-produced), delays may occasionally occur. 4x6 Sofa cannot be held liable for any delayed delivery.

Once your sofa arrives at our warehouse, we'll deliver it within two weeks. If your delivery needs to be delayed and can't take place within those two weeks, we can store your sofa for €12.50 per week or part thereof.

Delivery of a two-piece sofa to the ground floor in the Netherlands costs €99. Each additional section costs €30.

We do not deliver directly to the Wadden Islands.

return

Each sofa is made to order and has a delivery time of 8-10 weeks. Sofas or elements can be returned in exceptional circumstances and in consultation with customer service.

Returning sofas and their elements after delivery is subject to a fee: €175 per element for the first two elements (a total of €350), and €100 for each additional element. The return shipping costs are €99 within the Netherlands (€149 in Belgium). So, for a sofa with six elements within the Netherlands, we charge €849 in return shipping.

Any previously incurred delivery costs will not be refunded.

If you wish to return a sofa, please contact us at service@4x6 sofa.com. Please include your order number and explain why you are returning the sofa. You will then receive a credit for the order amount, minus the aforementioned costs, within 14 days of receiving your return.

If you return an item, it must be returned to us with all accessories and in its original condition, preferably in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging or if it is no longer in reasonable condition, you can still return your purchase. However, we reserve the right to deduct a fee to cover repackaging and any repairs.

complaints

If you wish to file a complaint about an item you purchased from 4x6 sofa, please contact service@4x6 sofa.com before the warranty period expires. We will then ask you to complete a complaint form. Based on this information, we will try to find a suitable solution for your complaint. We will assess whether the complaint is based on a manufacturing defect and/or material defect, or is due to normal wear and tear or damage. If we determine that the complaint is justified, we will resolve it by replacing spare parts, repairing the product, or exchanging it.

Our starting point is always to try to reach an agreement with you within all reasonableness.
