Your sofa is fully custom-made and handcrafted based on your specific order. Therefore, returns are only possible in exceptional cases and after prior approval from our customer service.
Do you want to return a product? Please contact us at service@4x6sofa.com within 14 days of delivery. Please state your order number and the reason for return.
Conditions for returns
The items must not have been used. If they have been used, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value to the refund amount.
Return costs
Returning sofas and elements is subject to costs:
- €175 per element for the first 2 elements
- €100 per additional element from the 3rd element
- Loose cushions: 50% of the purchase price
Transport and costs
Previously incurred delivery costs will not be refunded. The costs for return transport are at the customer's expense and are equal to the original delivery costs.
Condition of the product
The product must be complete (including all accessories) and in its original condition. Returns should preferably be made in the original packaging. If you no longer have it or if it is damaged, we may charge costs for repackaging, cleaning, and/or repair work.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the due amount will be refunded within 14 days, minus:
- return costs
- any depreciation in value
- any repair or packaging costs
Outlet and showroom models
Outlet sofas and showroom models cannot be returned.
