Warranty

4x6SOFA offers 30 months warranty as standard.

The warranty does not include ordinary wear and tear, situations caused by incorrect maintenance or no maintenance at all, assembly and installation not in accordance with the instructions for use, the release of other objects and substances, as well as stains from food, liquids, and the like. The 4x6sofa products are not suitable for use by pets. When pets use the 4x6sofa product, the warranty on the fabric will be void and in case of intensive use by pets, the warranty on the interior will also be void.

Prices

The mentioned prices are all inclusive of VAT and in Euro. All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors. In case of printing and typesetting errors, 4x6SOFA is not obliged to deliver the product according to the wrong price.

Pay

You can pay at 4X6 SOFA in 2 ways: 1) via a deposit of €300 via your bank. The remaining amount + delivery costs you pay at the latest the day before delivery via the bank.2) via Ideal: the entire amount + delivery costs at once, directly at the time of purchase. After you have placed your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation as well as payment instructions from 4x6SOFA. Cancel order: You can cancel your order within 14 days. Please contact 4x6SOFA via email or whatsapp: contact@4x6sofa.com or whatsapp 0652086092 stating your order numbers, address details and the reason for cancellation.

Delivery

Each sofa is custom-made especially for you. After your order and the €300 deposit via bank or the Ideal-payment we will give the order to the factory. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery (3 weeks longer during the summer holiday period). As soon as we know when your order will arrive at our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Due to the fact that the benches are made by piece and mostly by hand (no mass production) there can sometimes be a delay in the process. 4x6sofa is not liable for a delayed delivery time.

Delivery

The sofas, loveseats and hockers can be picked up or delivered from our warehouse in Zwanenburg. For delivery we charge €99,- The carrier delivers the sofa to the ground floor, unpacks the sofa and, if necessary, puts the legs under it. He takes the packing material with him. For delivery on a higher floor, a number of services such as renting a moving lift, delivery on a floor via stairway are possible at an additional charge. It is also possible, for an additional charge of €35, to dispose of your old couch.

Assembly

To prevent transport damage, the legs are supplied loose. They are easy to assemble with the supplied instructions and fasteners.

Returning

Returning sofas, hockers and loveseats are subject to costs, namely €350 for a sofa with two elements, with the additional cost â‚¬100 per element. If you want to return a bank please contact hello@4x6sofa.com. Mention your order number and why you would like to return the sofa. You will then be credited with the order amount within 14 days of receiving your return minus the costs mentioned above. The delivery costs will not be returned. If you return an article, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and preferably also in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging or the packaging is no longer in reasonable condition, you can still return your purchase. However, we reserve the right to deduct an amount to cover the repackaging and possible repair of the product.

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint about an item purchased from 4x6SOFA, please contact us before the warranty period expires. We will then investigate your complaint and try to remedy/repair it to the best of our ability. In case of damage we ask you to send us some pictures of the damage to the bank, and a description of the problem. With this information we will then try to find the correct solution to the complaint. When assessing the complaint, we look at whether the complaint is based on a production error and/or material defect or is due to normal wear and tear or damage caused. If we judge the complaint to be justified, we will generally deal with it by replacing spare parts, repairing or exchanging them.

Our starting point is always that we try to come out with you in all reasonableness so that we can keep our customers satisfied.
