The 4x6 sofa is CBW-certified. This means that , in addition to our own terms and conditions , we also offer terms and conditions that provide you, the consumer, with extra protection. This is, of course, incredibly helpful when making a major purchase, like a modular sofa . It provides extra protection for your down payment, warranty, and complaints. Many advantages, but most importantly: more security.
CBW-approved home furnishings stores apply a recognition rule with three guarantees:
- More guarantees after your purchase. You get at least a 2-year warranty on your purchase and an additional product warranty.
- A fair down payment arrangement. If you've made a down payment and we go bankrupt, you can claim up to 25% of the purchase price under the down payment arrangement.
- Impartial dispute resolution. We will, of course, try to resolve your complaint amicably with you. Should we, unfortunately, not reach an agreement, we have an independent dispute resolution system in place. This guarantees a suitable solution.
