4x6 sofa is CBW-certified. This means that in addition to our own general terms and conditions , we apply conditions that provide you as a consumer with extra protection. This is of course very nice to have when purchasing a major purchase, such as a modular sofa . This way you get extra protection for your down payment, your warranty and in the event of complaints. Many advantages, but most importantly: more certainty.
CBW-approved home furnishing stores apply a recognition rule with 3 guarantees:
- More guarantees after your purchase. You get at least 2 years guarantee on your purchase and extra product guarantee.
- A neat down payment arrangement. Have you made a down payment and we go bankrupt? Then you can claim the down payment arrangement up to 25% of the purchase price.
- An impartial dispute settlement. Of course we try to settle a complaint with you in a proper manner. If we do not reach an agreement, there is an independent dispute settlement. This guarantees a suitable solution.
