For those who want to work on the maintenance of their new sofa, we have set up a stain first aid. In it we give the first do's & don'ts at a stain. But for those who don't dare to do it themselves, we recently also have the possibility for a stain service at 4x6 SOFA. This service is valid for three years, so for three years you will have a clean bench with the staining service from Protexx! How does that work? Upon delivery of your new bank, you will receive a maintenance package and a guarantee certificate. As soon as the sofa has been removed from its packaging and is in place, you spray the sofa with the supplied fibre spray from the maintenance package. Then you register your purchase with the maintenance company and from that moment on you are assured of a clean sofa for three years. Your purchase invoice and service certificate are then registered and constitute proof of warranty. What does the warranty mean? - The fibre protector with which the sofa is injected ensures that the fabric is protected against most common stains. The staining substance will remain on the fabric and will not penetrate the fabric. A possible stain can be easily cleaned by dabbing it with a dry, clean cloth. Attention! Always keep dabbing and never rub, especially with a cotton quality you will always make it worse! - For stubborn stains you will find a multi cleaner in the maintenance package to simplify cleaning. Again, only dab, not rub. - If you are unable to remove the stain, do not experiment with it yourself, but contact the professional stain service of Protexx. They will assist you in removing the stain. - If this is not sufficient, the service specialist will visit your home to remove the stain or find another suitable solution. The costs for the 3-year stain service are 25,- per seat: for a 3-seater sofa this will be 75,- and for a corner sofa or 4-seater it will be 100,-.
