1. Organizer
The competition is organised by 4x6 sofa BV, located in Naarden.
2. Participation
• Participation is free and open to everyone aged 18 and over, living in the Netherlands.
• Employees of 4x6 sofa and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
3. Promotion period
• The competition runs from 23-09-2025 to 30-09-2025 3:00 PM
• After the promotion period ends, no further entries will be accepted.
4. Price
• The winner will receive a shopping credit of €1,500, to be spent exclusively on the new X5 sofa of 4x6 sofa.
• Shipping costs and Protexx stain protection are not included in the store credit.
• Delivery takes place exclusively within the Netherlands, with the exception of the Wadden Islands.
• The store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
• Any additional costs above the store credit will be charged to the winner.
5. Winner
• From all names submitted via Instagram comments, 4x6 sofa will choose the name that they think best suits the new X5 sofa. This entry will win the prize. If multiple participants have submitted the exact same name, the winner will be drawn among these entries.
• The winner will receive a personal message via Instagram DM on October 3 before we go live with our new X5 model.
6. Validity of price
• The store credit is valid until December 31, 2025. After this date, the right to the prize expires.
7. Use images
• 4x6 sofa reserves the right to use content (such as submitted photos, comments or tags) resulting from this contest for promotional purposes, provided the participant has given permission.
8. Liability
• 4x6 sofa is not liable for any technical failures, internet problems, or other circumstances that may affect participation or the announcement of the winner.
9. Privacy
• Personal data will only be used for the execution of the competition and will not be provided to third parties.
10. Conclusion
• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
• 4x6 sofa reserves the right to change or terminate the competition at any time if circumstances so require.
• By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
