This dark green velvet looks beautiful with the current plant trend in combination with a concrete floor or oak floorboards. The familiar thing about velvet is the colour change as you sweep back and forth over the fabric. This is also called 'shading' or hue and is caused by the fact that the poles are woven in one direction. When you brush the poles against the wing, the fabric changes colour and a light/dark effect is created. Because the velvet fabric absorbs less moisture and dirt and is easy to maintain, it is an ideal fabric for you and your pet. The pile fabric is less inviting to scratch your pussy or cat on the furniture. Also, the dog and/or cat hair can easily be removed from the velvet with an adhesive roller. Velvet on the corner sofa is therefore also very suitable for owners of a dog, cat or cat.
