1. Only 1 entry is allowed per participant .
2. The competition runs from October 1 to October 31, 2024 .
3. We love to see your design posted on social media. You can tag via @4x6sofa or #madlymodular.
4. Posting, liking and/or sharing this promotion will not affect the outcome of the winner.
5. The prize is valid for a sales value of up to €2000. The sales value includes VAT and concerns a setup of a modular sofa of 4x6 sofa of your choice plus the delivery costs. It is possible to put together a setup with a sales value (including delivery costs within the Netherlands and VAT) above €2000. If you exceed a sales value of €2000 for your desired setup and delivery costs, the additional costs will be borne by the winner.
6. You are not bound to the design you submitted. We invite the winner to our showroom. Here you can further fine-tune your dream sofa together with our stylists.
7. Costs for delivery of the winning sofa outside the Netherlands or the Wadden Islands will be borne by the winner.
8. To participate, a participant must be at least 18 years old.
9. You may participate a maximum of 1 time per person.
10. The prize is not exchangeable for cash.
11. Employees of 4x6 sofa are excluded from participation.
12. Participation in this competition is free.
13. The winner will be announced in the week of November 4, 2024 by a message on our social media channels and a mailing. We will contact the winner personally by phone .
14. The personal data obtained in the context of the competition will only be used by 4x6 sofa for the competition and will not be provided to third parties.
